- Some people find gratitude journaling effective; but they might not always include work. That could be a good thing to add to the list of life events you are thankful for.

- Team recognition like a special lunch can be a nice way to celebrate
- You can honor individuals with a recognition program or employee of the month
- Encourage others to call attention to team members who have had a win
